The Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) and Coalition Partners send a Letter of Opposition to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) Education and Reform Act of 2016 (S.3446) signed by over 100 organizations.

The ADA is once again under attack by another “Notification” bill.The House Judiciary Committee passed this bill 15–6 which puts up major barriers to people enforcing ADA rights.
