On October 25, 2017, NDRN joined six national disability organizations in an amicus brief supporting the critical role the U.S. Department of Justice plays in the enforcement of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act in a case involving the state’s policy of unnecessarily segregating children with disabilities by placing them in nursing facilities. Argued October 3, 2018, awaiting decision.
