On April 17, 2017, NDRN joined the Impact Fund and ten other disability and civil rights organizations in an amicus arguing that plaintiffs showed that a class action was appropriate and the plaintiffs met the commonality requirement even in the absence of an explicit system-wide policy governing hotel transportation services.
