On December 8, 2016, NDRN joined seven other national and state disability and civil rights organizations in an amicus supporting the district court’s decision certifying a class action in a special education child find case.
The D.C. Circuit affirmed the class certification. 860 F.3d 713 (D.C.Cir. 2017).
