Today we are turning the mic over to Tacha Marshall for our #DisabilityRightsInBlack series! Principled and persistent, Tacha is an experienced educational advocate for students with disabilities as well as a paralegal at Disability Rights Maryland. Her work primarily provides direct advocacy support for Black and Brown families striving to secure equitable access to education for their children.
