Gil v. Winn-Dixie, Eleventh Circuit, #17-13467
On December 21, 2018, NDRN joined 13 national and state disability and civil rights groups in an amicus brief in on behalf of a blind customer of Winn Dixie who sought to use the store’s website to access goods and services in the Winn-Dixie stores. The amicus also argues that Winn-Dixie had adequate notice of the requirement to make its website accessible. Argued before the 11th Circuit on October 4, 2018, awaiting decision.
