On January 23, 2018, NDRN joined COPAA in an amicus in support of appellant’s argument that the school district took inadequate steps to address student on student disability-based bullying.
The Ninth Circuit affirmed the district court decision against the student in an unreported decision. 729 Fed.Appx. 585 (9th Cir. June 29, 2018) (Mem).
