NDRN and 19 other groups wrote a letter to the U.S. Department of Education requesting that the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) regulations not be opened up for change, but that to address perceived confusion around the Competitive Integrated Employment (CIE) provisions the Department should update and clarify the existing Frequently Asked Question document or guidance.
