NDRN and Other Organizations Submit Comments on DOT’s Traveling by Air with Service Animals Proposed Rule

On April 6, 2020, the National Disability Rights Network submitted comments on the U.S. Department of Transportation’s (DOT) proposed rule on traveling by air with service animals in response to the Department’s effort to solicit input regarding proposed changes to the regulations. NDRN also joined comments submitted by the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities and comments submitted by the Air Carrier Access Act Working Group.
