On September 6, 2022, the National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) submitted comments to the United States Department of Education on the proposed rule “Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Sex in Education Programs or Activities Receiving Federal Financial Assistance” better known as Title IX. The comments focus on the importance of the Title IX protections for students with disabilities and suggest some modifications to the proposed rule.
