NDRN Filed an Amicus Brief in Second Circuit Case Regarding NYC Subway System’s Obligation to Maintain Elevators Under the ADA

On September 9, 2020, NDRN filed an amicus brief authored by pro bono counsel with Quinn Emanuel in Center for Independence of the Disabled v. MTA in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in support of plaintiffs’ ADA and Rehabilitation Act challenge against the New York City MTA for failure to maintain in working order the limited number of elevators that provide access to subway riders with disabilities.
