NDRN, Disability Rights Wisconsin (the Wisconsin P&A) and the National Association of the Deaf filed an amicus brief on April 15, 2019, seeking review by the Wisconsin Supreme Court of a decision in which a person who is deaf was not provided an ASL interpreter for a civil commitment proceeding.
