Access Living v. Uber Technologies, Seventh Circuit, #19-2216
On August 23, 2019, NDRN joined 12 other disability rights organizations in an amicus in order to educate the court about the difficulties people with disabilities face using public transportation, the limitations of paratransit, and the potential for improvement if Uber provided adequate access to wheelchair accessible rideshare vehicles.
