The National Disability Rights Network joined the Consortium for Citizens with Disabilities (CCD) in submitting comments to the October 2020 meeting of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The comments urge the committee to include all residents of congregate facilities in Phase 1 of allocation, protect the civil rights of people with disabilities in allocation decisions, and ensure that the physical distribution and administration of the vaccine is accessible to people with disabilities.
