On December 18, 2019, NDRN joined 17 other national and local disability rights organizations in an amicus in Cropp v. Larimer County, #19-1262 (10th Cir.) supporting a petition for rehearing en banc in an ADA effective communication case involving an individual with Alzheimer’s.
On February 26, 2020, the Tenth Circuit issued an order in Cropp v. Larimer County denying the petition for rehearing.
