On March 6, 2020, the National Disability Rights Network submitted comments on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) proposed rule on Affirmatively Furthering Fair Housing in response to the Department’s effort to solicit input regarding HUD’s proposed changes to affirmatively further fair housing.
