On September 11, 2020, the National Disability Rights Network submitted comments on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) proposed rule on making admission or placement determinations based on sex in facilities under community planning and development housing programs in response to the Department’s effort to solicit input regarding HUD’s proposed changes.
