On April 6, 2020, the National Disability Rights Network submitted comments on the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) proposed rule on safe harbors in response to the Department’s effort to solicit input regarding HUD’s proposed changes to design and construction requirements under the Fair Housing Act.
