On December 20, 2018, NDRN submitted comments to the Office of Special Education and Rehabilitative Services (OSERS) in response to a query from OSERS on the Department’s efforts to “rethink” its results driven accountability (RDA) system. NDRN’s comments focused on providing feedback on three focus areas of RDA:
- State Performance Plans/Annual Performance Reports (SPP/APRs)
- Determinations
- Differentiated Monitoring and Support (DMS)
