The National Disability Rights Network (NDRN) expressed gratitude in letters to Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) and Representative Conor Lamb (D-PA-17) for introducing the Ending Passenger Rail Forced Arbitration Act (S.3400/H.R.6101) which will help ensure individuals with disabilities have the option to resolve their consumer and civil rights disputes with Amtrak through avenues that exclude mandatory arbitration.
