The National Disability Rights Network sent a letter thanking Senator Casey (PA), Senator Klobuchar (MN), Representative Scanlon (PA-5), and Representative Raskin (MD-8) for the introduction of the Accessible Voting Act (AVA) of 2020.
This crucial legislation would address the needs of voters with disabilities and ensure they have equal access to the vote on Election Day and beyond.
