NDRN Urges the Department of Transportation to Spend Infrastructure Dollars wisely

In November of 2021, Congress passed the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act. As part of the infrastructure plan, Congress and the Administration has talked about improving transportation services. This could positively impact the lives of millions of Americans with disabilities. NDRN drafted a letter to the Secretary of Transportation, Pete Buttigieg, urging the Department to consider the needs of people with disabilities when allocating and spending the money.
