The National Disability Rights Network submitted a letter to the Senate Rules and Administration Committee for its July 22, 2020 hearing on “2020 General Election Preparedness.” The letter addresses voters with disabilities during the COVID-19 pandemic, improving access to vote-by-mail, the necessity of in-person voting, and the roles of Congress and the Federal Government in the months ahead before the 2020 elections.
