Parent/Prof’l Advocacy League v. City of Springfield, First Circuit, # 18-1778
On March 27, 2019, NDRN with the American Association of People with Disabilities and the National Council on Independent Living, filed an amicus in support of the Disability Law Center (the Massachusetts P&A) in The Parent/Professional Advocacy League, Disability Law Center, et al, v. City of Springfield, et. al., in the First Circuit Court of Appeals regarding P&A authority to investigate abuse and neglect and P&A associational standing.
