On February 6, 2018, NDRN joined the P&As in Arkansas and Missouri, as well as the Arc of the United States, Bazelon Center for Mental Health Law and others in an amicus arguing in favor of Grant of class certification in prison inadequate medical care for Hepatitis-C case. Argued September 29, 2018, awaiting decision.
