Protection and Advocacy Long-Term Care Facilities Funding Proposal

The COVID-19 pandemic has made it clear that the P&As have a critical role to play in protecting long-term care facility residents from abuse and neglect and Congress should provide dedicated funding to ensure the P&As can continue and expand this work. The funding proposal makes the case for this additional funding.
