The Federal Highway Administration put out a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) collecting information on the design of electric vehicle (EV) charging stations. NDRN submitted comments illustrating the need to ensure that such charging stations are accessible for persons with disabilities. The comments supported the recommended designs put out by the U.S. Access Board.
