NDRN drafted this letter to thank Senator Duckworth for introducing an important piece of legislation. Senator Duckworth, along with Senator Casey, introduced a piece of legislation that calls for greater steps to be taken to make all websites and software applications accessible for users with disabilities. The legislation was similarly introduced in the House by Representative Sarbanes. The legislation calls on applicable federal agencies to promulgate more defined regulations and gives users more tools to call for enforcement.
