NDRN Joins Amicus in Community Integration Case

NDRN joined six national disability organizations in an amicus brief supporting the critical role the U.S. DOJ plays in the enforcement of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act in a case involving the state’s policy of unnecessarily segregating children with disabilities by placing them in nursing facilities.
