NDRN Joins Amicus in Discrimination Case

NDRN joined the ACLU in an amicus brief in Matter of Lacee L. v. Administration for Children’s Services, in the New York Court of Appeals, New York’s highest court, on behalf of a mother with an intellectual disability whose child was removed in a neglect proceeding.
