NDRN Filed an Amicus Brief in Second Circuit Case Regarding NYC Subway System’s Obligation to Maintain Elevators Under the ADA

NDRN joined an amicus brief in support of plaintiffs’ ADA and Rehab. Act challenge against the NYC MTA for failure to maintain in working order the limited number of elevators that provide access to subway riders with disabilities.
