Aileen (she/her) joined NDRN in January 2024 as a Staff Attorney on the Employment team. In this role, she provides training and technical assistance to the CAP and P&A network on vocational rehabilitation, transition planning, and employment to assist individuals with disabilities in gaining and advancing in employment. Before joining NDRN, she worked at Disability Rights Ohio for four years as a Staff Attorney, focusing on education and employment, including serving as the Client Assistance Program coordinator. Aileen knows with appropriate services and supports, all individuals with disabilities can work in the community, and is particularly passionate about young people receiving effective transition planning to prepare them for competitive, integrated employment in their communities.
