Administrative & Fiscal Training and Technical Assistance Specialist

Karena recently joined NDRN as the Administrative & Fiscal Training and Technical Assistance Specialist after spending over 4 years as the Director of Administration and Finance at Disability Rights Arizona. Karena holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a focus in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus in Organizational Management and Leadership. She has been in the accounting field and nonprofit for most of her career.

Karena worked as a respite and habilitation provider for her early college years and has involved with the disability community ever since.
