LaToya Blizzard joined NDRN in December 2018 after serving as the Director Fiscal and Operations at the Virginia P&A, disAbility Law Center of Virginia, for ten years. Currently, she is responsible for providing training and technical assistance to fiscal and administrative staff in the network on fiscal management, human resources and office operations. She is also responsible for developing training tools and offering guidance on managing agency resources. LaToya serves on the Organizational Development and Capacity Workgroup and is instrumental in planning the annual Fiscal Managers Conference. LaToya studied Psychology and Special Education at Norfolk State University. She thrives on empowering others to be their best self and leaving a positive impact along the way.
